These are 20 matching commercial BOOTH SEATING SECTIONS for a bar, restaurant or club. They are made with a commercial high quality quilted upholstery material on the backrest and commercial grade vinyl on the seat and outside edge and base. The upholstery fabric is green with red and beige fleck pattern that blends with many other colors, and the vinyl is dark green with a slightly marbled appearance and texture. There is some minor wear from normal use, including some minor tears in the vinyl. These can be repaired with a vinyl repair kit. The upholstery fabric section of the backrest is almost all perfect, and the frames are made with solid wood and in good shape.

Some booths are doubles where there is seating back to back to face two different tables. The singles are booths that have one seat facing one way and a straight back.
The seats are 18 inches deep front to back and the backrest is 20 inches high above the seat.

6 PADDED BENCH SEATS 88 to 109" Beige Vinyl OAK VENEER (Lansing) $120

This is a group of 6 bench seats ranging from 88 inches wide up to 109 inches wide. All are matching with a beige, almost light gold color vinyl and an oak veneer wood base. They all are 18 inches deep from front to back and 18 inches high from the floor. They are designed to go up against a wall and could have a separate padded back attached to the wall behind them for a backrest. This includes two matching sections of backrest that are the same size as two of the bench sections.

The oak veneer bases do have some scratches which could be touched up with a matching stain, or a darker stain or paint could go over the whole base to cover any scratches. The vinyl does have some wear and water stain spotting and some other minor imperfections from normal use, including some cracks and small tears in the vinyl. These can be repaired with a vinyl repair kit.

In these pictures, the first 3 pictures are of 3 different pieces, the 3rd has the worst scratches and is shown closer up in the last pictures.

The width measurements of the 6 sections are -

#1 is 109 inches wide. #2 is 105, #3 is 102, #4 is 93, #5 is 90, #6 is 88 inches wide.

All are 18 inches deep, and 18 inches tall from the floor to the top of the seat.

1995 4000 LB TCM Two Stage Electric Fork Lift, 36V
I purchased this forklift appx 1 year ago at an industrial fleet auction to be able to move several heavy/bulky objects in connection with my business. It has a two-stage mast that extends to 130", with side-shifting forks and mast tilt. The entire time I have had it in service I have not had to get anything repaired, other than adding distilled water to several of the battery cells to top them off and greasing the zerks. There is one small hydraulic leak on the second stage ram, and occasionally the shifting solenoid fails to engage when you go from forward to reverse or vice versa; this is easily corrected by re-engaging the shifting lever. The sale includes the original TCM owners manual and 20A AC charger. The battery takes and holds a charge very well, and seems to have much life left in it.
I encourage all prospective buyers to come and personally inspect the fork lift to ensure that you are happy with its condition and that it meets your needs. My name is Nathan Kauffman. A recent Bay City Times Sunday article featured me and the process that I use to convert fryer grease into biodiesel. I burn the biosiesel in my family vehicles! I have processed and burned several hundred gallons and now I am licensed to sell the Biopro machine that I use!

If you have a source of fryer grease, waste vegetable oil, fish fry grease, etc, I am very interested in purchasing it! I have family in Lansing and visit often. I am willing to pick up 50-500 gallons at a time. I will pay you top dollar.
