Claire would make an awesome breeding prospect with her bloodlines or barrel horse- I started training her this fall and worked on lead changes and basic stuff. She has not been rode much before then. Not a mean bone in her body- but I would not say kid safe due to her lack of riding. She needs a couple more hours to finish her up.

Don't let her pass you up- She will be an excellent horse come Spring when the shows starts. I did take her to a couple of shows and ran expo barrels and poles. She was not scared of them and we did a slow lope thru the pattern with no problems. She turned them all pretty good and with time would be an excellent horse! Price is negotiable to the right home.

Youth saddle with a 12" seat. The seat is deep and the leather has a basket weave pattern. It is a very heavy duty, great quality saddle. It is great for young riders. This was used in walk trot and leadline classes. The fenders have been removed and replaced with straps and stirrups, but I still have the fenders. The deep seat is suede, but worn. The silver is also worn, but looks ok from a distance. The tree is in great condition and has full QH bars.

This dog house is built out of a very sturdy crate that was originally used to ship a large diesel engine. The dimensions of the main structure are approx. 3 foot tall and 3 foot across in both directions. The bottom of the crate was a skid so the house is off the ground and this helps to keep the inside warmer because it is not on the cold ground. As you can see by the picture of the skid part there is about 1 1/2 inch thick housing type insulation all around the walls of the unit. This was then covered with paneling and then a layer of sheet metal siding from storage sheds was applied to the outside. The roof has solid a-frame type truss construction and has been covered with a good grade of roofing shingles. This house shields against the cold of winter very well. My son one time climbed inside to get out of the cold and spend some time with the dog while I was plowing and he fell asleep. When he came back out he said that it was too hot in there because he was sweating. As you can see the roof is removable for easy cleaning access. My dog no longer has to stay outside so I do not need this anymore. I am asking $75.00 or best offer.
