Anyways, I love to have fun and am up for anything. I am a fifth year Mechanical Engineer finishing up in Dec. however, I'm not your typical "enginerd" I know how to socialize and have a good time. I was a transfer student to MSU this past winter semester, but I'm back in Ann Arbor for the summer working and hanging out with friends. I don't need alot of space so smaller rooms are fine. I am on schorlarship and grants so I can pay most/all of my rent for each semester up front but I still don't want to pay much more then $350 in total. I will be passing through town pretty soon so if we could meet up that would be great.

We would prefer something near a busline, since we're both students, we both work, and our car is currently broken.

A washer/dryer would be nice, not needed, but nice. Preferably not coin operated, but I'm not picky as long as it works and we don't have to go to the laundromat anymore.

Prefer a rent range from $500 to $600 per month. Prefer a house with A/C. (central or a room unit) And if you have a few pieces of furniture that I could use that would be helpful but not necessary.

I am looking for a month to month lease to start, but this will likely go to a long term lease later.

My family is looking for affordable housing because of an unfortunate temporary living situation. We are looking for something for anywhere between 2-9 months, untill we can get into the townhome we are waiting for, and would love to avoid being homeless in the meantime. There is myself, my husband and our daughter (she just turned 2), also I am pregnant and due in August. we can afford $350 a month at the VERY most, and would be content with a room for rent in a house, a basement, studio apt. or one bedroom apt. would work as well.
