Hi,
I have a room available in a three bedroom home that I am trying to sublease from January 1st to July 31st. The house is located near a bus stop that goes directly to MSU (takes only 7-10 minutes) and has all the necessary appliances (dishwasher, garbage disposal, central air/heat, etc.). You will be sharing the common areas and 1.5 baths with two other female students, therefore a female roommate is preferred. The price of rent does not include utilities (gas, electric, dish network, and water) which run at about 100 dollars a month.
I am most interested in subleasing the room to a person who would be able to pay the total cost of rent from January-July ($1,960) upon move-in. If this sounds good to you, please email me and I will be more than happy to provide any information. There are pictures of the house posted at:
