I have a one-bedroom apartment available for sublease. You can move in around 15-20th November. The apartment in unfurnished, un-carpeted. It is very close to MSU. You could walk within minutes to most departments. I am leaving MSU with a few weeks and my lease ends in Feb.2010 ( 3 months from now). The apartment is located almost next to the spartan stadium.
The apartment is licensed for one. Free parking, free heat and water, free trash disposal. Rent is $400 per month plus utilities. My electricity bills never exceeded $20/month. Its a very quiet and safe region. I never had any issues here. Although I never had to call on them for anything, the management/staff is extremely understanding and very friendly. I don't think pets are allowed here, but will have to check on that.
Whats in it for you? You will not pay any rent for the 10-15 days for the month of November. I can leave you some tables, a chair, few light stands and a microwave oven.
