I am looking for a sublease for the spring semester (January through August). The apartment is 1368 square feet and includes four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living area and kitchen. The apartment itself is fully furnished and very comforting in style. The apartment has a washer, dryer, free cable and high speed internet. Some of the complex amenities include a free CATA bus pass with two bus stops for the 26 bus less than one minute of walking distance (it takes about 15 minutes to get to MSU campus), a pool, 24 hour fitness center, basketball and tennis courts,s beach volleyball court and computer center.
The three other roommates are all nice, caring, upbeat and fun as well as clean and considerate.
