• Garten Haus apartments, only studio apartment in building
• Rent is $495, all utilities included except electric (roughly $15-20/month)
• Studio space = large room with kitchen, large bathroom, rather small closet but lots of storage in kitchen cabinets.
• 1 permit parking space
• Laundry is literally in the next room over, basement space with one other tenant/space, very quiet and private.
• Close to campus and downtown
• No pets, not my rule but DTN's.
• Not furnished but willing to sell black cabinet if interested.
