I'm looking for someone to sign my lease over to starting mid-December '10. The lease ends at the end of August '10.

Spacious, very quiet studio apartment managed by DTN on the 3rd floor overlooking Burcham Dr. Fully furnished except for a bed. AIR CONDITIONER included. 1 parking spot and bike rack. Includes kitchenette with a stove, oven and refrigerator. Large hanging closets.

I'm asking $550 a month, which includes all utilities except electric and internet.
