We are definitely looking for subleases for Spring 2010 and are flexible about summer. The house is three bedrooms, one bath. Living room, bedrooms, and dining room are furnished. The kitchen includes a dishwasher. The basement is unfinished but over all the house is cozy and comfortable. The bus stop is conveniently just around the corner, and the house is located about three miles from MSU campus. Utilities are not included. The Landlord is also pleasant and easy to get along with.
