Currently living with 2 female roommates. One of them has decided to leave and we need to sublet her room. We are renting the house until July 2nd next year. Rent doesn't include utilities. With utilities rent is in between 340-370. We prefer to have another female move in between ages 20-25 with no pets (had a bad experience). Large living room, dining room, and kitchen (all on first floor). The room for rent fits a full-queen size bed comfortably, includes a medium sized closet, and it able to fit a side table and dresser. 1 bathroom, which hasn't been an issue at all so far. Washer and dryer in the basement. HUGE backyard for the Lansing area. Large front porch. 2 driveways.
We would like to have this room rented this month, November, or the latest at the beginning of next month.
