I got a job up north that starts in January so I need someone to take over my lease. I currently pay $400 plus utilities however we can work something else out if that works better for you! The house is a duplex and the owner 'lives' on the other side but is literally NEVER there. The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 upstairs and 3 downstairs but someone in the past got in trouble so it is only leased for 3 people. Currently there are two guys that take over the downstairs, they are each in a bedroom and have one bathroom between the two of them and then the other bedroom is kinda just like a hang out and then I am upstairs with a nice sized room and my own bathroom. Clearly the guys are OK with females (since I am a chick) but I know they wouldn't care if it was a guy or a girl. There is a washer and dryer, direcTV, wireless internet, LOTS of parking in the back of the house and a large fenced in backyard. I can't think of anything else right now so email me with any questions and we can go from there!
