We live in a quiet, safe neighborhood near Ingham Regional Medical Center. We have a basement apartment with a separate entrance. You will have your own fully furnished living room, kitchen area, bathroom and bedroom, plus access to the laundry room. All utilities and wireless internet are included in the cost, and light housecleaning is provided.
We will provide many extras so that you don't have to bring them by plane or pack them, including towels, linens, pillows, hangers, and laundry baskets. If you prefer, feel free to bring your own. The kitchen has a fridge, a microwave, a toaster oven, and basic plates, cups, and utensils.
We can do daily, weekly or monthly stays. It is a little more for overnight stays for interviews and such, but still much less than a hotel with a lot more comfort and privacy.

Shared rate $100/week. If you want a private apartment, you may rent both spaces for $175/week. It is a shared bedroom, so we will only rent to two renters of the same gender (unless married couple). You may reserve your place with a nonrefundable $100 deposit (which will be applied to your last weeks rent).
