SUMMER 2010 SUBLEASE:
It is a gorgeous 3 bedrooms house located at Division and Beech 5 minute walk to MSU campus. There are one or two bedrooms available upstairs for lease with a bathroom, whole house is hardwood floors, full kitchen (minus dishwasher), basement with washer and dryer and much more. The whole house is already furnished except the two upstairs bedrooms will not be. You will have your own parking spot as well!
The current price is $590 a month plus utilities but they can definitely be negotiated to become cheaper!
