SUMMER 2010 SUBLEASE:
It is a gorgeous 6 bedroor house but only licensed for 5 located at Abbott and Elizabeth. 5 minute or less walk to MSU campus. There are one or two bedrooms available for lease, house has hardwood floors,fireplace, full kitchen , basement with washer and dryer and much more. Out of the 5 bedrooms only one person will actually be living there this summer. The whole house is already furnished except the bedrooms. You will have your own parking spot as well!
The current price is $500 a month plus utilities but they can definitely be negotiated to become cheaper!
