    Physical Requirements:
    • Must be able to perform duties that require bending at the wrist, neck, waist and shoulders; twisting and rotating hands, elbows and forearms; frequent squatting and crouching.

    • Must be able to sit and remain alert while driving for up to ten hours, including night driving and be able to spend time standing and walking on surfaces such as concrete, wood, metal and sometimes on slippery and wet surfaces.

    • Must be able to climb to a height of 4 -- 10 feet. Driver may enter and exit the vehicle's cab and/or trailer 8 -- 10 times a day. Cab level is generally 36" to 66" from ground level, with entry and exit achieved by the assistance of one or two steps or hand holds.

    •Character: Must have good references from past employers. Must not have been fired or disqualified for: assault, drug or alcohol violations, unsatisfactory safety record or theft. Experience for a driver who drove for an independent contractor CANNOT be verified by the independent contractor, verification must come from the carrier they were leased to.

    •DOT Physical & Drug Screen: Drivers must meet minimum D.O.T. physical requirements. Autumn Transport Inc. will accept physical for applicants who have at least 12 months remaining on the physical expiration date. Less than 12 months remaining will require a new physical. No 90 day physicals will be accepted. If applicants meet these requirements they must bring their DOT physical form and medical card to orientation. All new drivers' must submit to and pass a pre-employment drug test. Failure to supply an adequate testing sample is automatic disqualification.     Position Responsibilities

    Service vending machines with products, collects monies and records meter reading for each vendor, places point of sales material, fills change dispenser, adjusts and cleans mechanism as needed.
    Assure that each vendor is maintained with proper brands, maximizing productivity for space to sales ratio.
    Utilize handheld computer to generate invoices, record sales/monies collected.
    Accurately account for daily money/case transactions.
    Solicit new accounts and vendor locations.
    Notify Full Service Development Manager of mechanical problems or change in account status; i.e. new ownership, account closed, etc.
    Develop and maintain a good Company image in the trade and industry to achieve the company's objective for the overall growth and availability of Dr Pepper products.
    Perform routine vehicle inspection and operates assigned vehicle in a safe and efficient manner.

    The Full Service Supervisor directly manages and supervises the daily activities of Full Service Drivers, ensuring Driver productivity and route schedule adherence.

    Perform all of the daily functions associated with managing Full Service Route personnel such as issuing keys, money bags, change funds, accountability summary reviews, route reviews, etc. [If no Analyst is available the supervisor is required to review detailed reports including daily consignment reports by driver, daily accountability reports by driver, daily delivery service reports by driver, daily meter reports by driver, daily cash variance forms by driver.]
    Staffing, training, development, and management of all Full Service Drivers and relief personnel (this includes rides with to train, coach, evaluate and motivate)
    Manage and review Full Service KBI�s on an ongoing basis (cash yields, fill rates, scheduled/made/filled, etc.)
    Manage local risk management issues (truck audits, investigations, security, and safety). If no Auditors are available the supervisor is required to conduct the following audits: Target Audits, Route Integrity Audits, Meter/Totalizer Audits.
    Maintain accurate internal data to include EC, consignment, etc.
    Provide input to the Supply Chain team on route planning.
    Manage local customer relations (communication and satisfaction).
    Monitor vend rate and commission schedules.
    Deliver upon Full Service annual productivity plans.
    Work closely with Market Unit Full Service Analyst on executing sales/distribution goals and marketing strategy/standards.
    Executes against: Outlet profitability initiatives, Driver efficiencies, Space-to-sales initiatives/directives, 90 day outlet review, Asset management/utilization
    Promotes safety at all times (compliance with CCE, OSHA, and DOT policies, standards, regulations, and guidelines)

    Qualifications


    High School Diploma/GED or 4 years experience directly in Full Service or Logistical department.
    College degree Finance or Business Administration preferred.
    General Management with 2 years experience.
    Minimum two to four years of experience in beverage retail or distribution required.
    Coca-Cola System Experience preferred.
    Good understanding and appreciation of technology solutions.
    Ability to make sound decisions and recommendations based on analytical evaluations.
    Ability to provide leadership, motivation and training for developing the Full Service team.
    Ability to initiate activities and perform duties without direct supervision.
    Good interpersonal skills to work with and through other departments.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Solid project management and follow up skills.
    Ability to periodically lift, push, pull 50 pounds, stand walk, kneel bend, and reach.
