I am an attorney looking for witnesses to a Hit and Run accident that happened on August 28, 2009 at approximately 9:20 AM in front of Emil's Restaurant near the corner of Clemens and Michigan Ave in Lansing. The pedestrian was hit while walking across the street and the driver did not stop. The pedestrian was injured and taken to Sparrow hospital.
