The rent includes trash/recycling, water/sewage, electricity, heat, Wifi, laundry, and one parking space for your registered small/mid-size car. (Visitors must park on street)
There is no central air conditioning.
The house has a zero-drug-tolerance and is non-smoking, but there is a covered porch in the front that can be used as a smoker's lounge.
Quiet, caged, non-allergenic pets only - no dogs or cats.
There is traffic noise, but generally the neighborhood is decent. Landlady right next door, should anything need fixing.
This is NOT a party house or a place for your friends to hang out. All residents are working students or retirees that clean up after themselves and try not to disturb their housemates. We are looking for someone of like mind.
We do NOT want drama, drugs, slobs, thieves, jerks, princesses or inconsiderate fools.
There is an interview and application ($35.00 fee), security deposit of $900.00. If you want a decent, safe place to call home, give me a call. One year lease is required and application fee is refunded at the end of the lease.
The rent is $900, but there is a monthly discount of $50 if you are a current Cooley law student or have no car.
