This was my go-to commuter bike for many years. I am the second owner. My uncle originally bought it new back in the mid-1980's from House of Wheels in Owosso. It was lovingly cared for until he passed away in the mid 90s, at which point it was passed down to me. I've kept it indoors the whole time I've owned it. The bike is very clean and probably about 95% stock. The only things I can remember replacing on it are the rear axle, the non-drive side crank arm and the brake pads. That's it. Everything else (including the tires!) is all original. Some of the identifying decals have been worn off, but I'm pretty sure that it is a Ross Mt. Hood from about 1984 or 1985. I've listed the frame dimensions in one of the photos. It's a pretty tall frame, so if you're 6ft or taller, this would probably be just about right for you. 4130 Chromolly frame, Shimano shifters/dereailleurs, 15 speeds, 26" wheels, "Bullmoose" style handlebar/stem combo. Rear fender is cracked, but intact and functional. Tires have plenty of tread, but are a little cracked/dry rotted (as you would expect for 30 year old rubber!). Lots of life left in this bike. First $250.00 takes it. No holds, please. No calls/texts between 9:00pm and 9:00am.
