11” x 17” two-sided book page from an unknown book, with text in both Latin and German. The top of page 29 translates to “What harms, teaches.” Top of page 30 translates to “By fleeing, he did not escape”. Seems to be a book of poetry, with (perhaps) one of the poems about the turtle shown in the illustration. Soft crease along the top, selling for $12.00

IOSEA Marine Turtle Memorandum of Understanding booklet. 10-page booklet, unknown copywrite date, on the Conservation and management of marine Turtles and their Habitats of the Indian Ocean and South-East Asia. $4.00

This appears to be a Walt Disney production model sheet from, the Pinocchio movie, with several turtle suggestions. I’m a bit confused, because the other model sheets I’ve come across have cut out sections of paper glued onto a backing – this one looks more like a photocopy, but it is on photo paper that is 11” x 14”, with a small 12 written in the upper corner. It’s date is 3-15-39. Other model sheets from that movie are listed on-line for $700-$900, but I question if this is an actual original. I’m offering It for $45.00

Original animation cel of turtle with wings. The bottom is faded/scraped/damaged so that you cannot read the screen/production information other than a few letters. Sheet is 10/5” x 12” and selling for $35.00

Master Xerox model sheet of Touché Turtle (Hanna Barbera) with COA (photocopy of COA shown in ad #27). Dated Mar 02 1989. 8.5” x 11” for $20.00

Beautiful original pencil drawing of turtle. Image is 5.5” x 8.25”. Signature seems to be the initials djc. Selling for $150.00

This group of 7 book plates seem to be from the same unknown English-language book, as the various fonts and the publisher are the same, but they are in a variety of sizes. Sizes are outside dimensions. All are shrink-wrapped onto foam core or cardboard

Page from Harper’s Weekly (September 27, 1873) showing “The Lunch Counter” with turtle soup available. 10.5” x 15.75” with unrelated text on back. In great condition for $15.00

(I know, not even a herp, but it was in with Chuck’s stuff). Nice photograph of a beautiful horse, matted and shrink wrapped onto foam core. 8” x 10” OD. For $10.00

Original pencil drawing on 8.5” x 11” paper. I cannot make out the signature, could start with N or R. Selling it for $10.00

Nicely framed engraving print from 1805 publication “A History of the Earth and Animated Nature” 8” x 10” Selling for $25.00
