JT & Associates LLC is looking to expand due to a high consumer demand. We are looking to hire motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as a customer service/sales representative. Immediate openings in our Perry and Ionia office, with expansion happening in the year in locations like Waterford, Jackson and Port Huron. Become the vital link between our company and our values clients! We specialize in advanced American made air purification systems that dramatically improve indoor air quality, helping those with asthma and allergies. In the energetic role, you will engage with customers through various channels, providing exceptional support while actively promoting out products and services. your enthusiasm, communication skills, and inventiveness to our customers will help provide a memorable experience that foster loyalty and drivels sales.
Our team works in a fun upbeat, professional environment assisting customers, setting appointments, and demonstrating how our technology outperforms the competition. No experience is required - we provide full company training with fast advancement opportunities for driven individuals.
Responsibilities;
Assist customers by phone and in person.
Schedule and manage appointments.
Set up and present product display.
Show how our system compare to our competitors.
Support events, events, flyers, contests, and community outreach.
Track basic inventory and service requests.
Qualifications;
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
Comfortable speaking with people.
Coachable and goal driven
Demonstrated computer skills including familiarity with social media applications and data entry tasks.
Interest in long-term growth and leadership opportunities.
Ability to analyze customer needs quickly and provide effective solutions in a professional manner.
Customer service, sales, or presentation experience is a plus but not requires.
