I need someone to check my mail weekly while I'm away for the rest of the year. I'd have you save it for me, and on occasion send it to me if it's important.
And also check on my house to make sure everything is fine. Sweep off the porch every now and then, and pick up any debris in the yard so it doesn't look like I'm gone.
