We bought this couch brand new from Art Van in 2009. It is still going strong! The cushions and fabric have held out really well. There is one board that sticks out of the back of the couch (see pictures). And there is a rivet that came off of the bed (see pictures). The couch comes with a spare set of bottom cushion covers and a foam topper and waterproof mattress cover for the queen pull-out bed.

The gold feather pillows are an extra $20.
