We bought this couch brand new from Art Van in 2009. It is still going strong! The cushions and fabric have held out really well with only a few spots on the back cushions where the fabric is coming out of the seams. There is one board that sticks out of the back of the couch (see pictures). And there is a rivet that came off of the bed (see pictures) UPDATE: FIXED. The couch comes with a spare set of bottom cushion covers. The couch has been recently cleaned with a carpet/upholstery cleaner.

I'm a full-disclosure type of person. :)

We are keeping the gold pillows and the waterproof mattress cover for the queen pull-out bed.
