As you can see the couch is a little worn, has some imperfections but its super comfortable and perfect if you keep it covered too. Bought this couch new 2 years ago, selling cheap because it does have some wear and tear. Smoke free home, no bugs or pet urine. I do have a cat, which is why there are some tears but couch is clean.

It's pretty big/heavy so will need someone to help and bring a truck or trailer etc. I will not be able to deliver or help with loading.
