Used 13-year-old, 4-ton Climate Master Tranquility 27 Two-stage split geothermal system -- model TTS049AGC01NNNS. This could work as an open-loop system. Or it could serve as a source of parts.

I used as a closed-loop geo system for 13 years, but a slow leak developed in the field loops. Natural gas came through, so we switched to gas furnace and AC rather than try to find the leak in the loops. The unit worked well as an open-loop system if we connected a garden hose into the incoming line of the loops--the house cooled nicely. .d

This includes 2 Bell & Gossett Circulator NRF-36 pumps in a housing with valves from Flow Center Products. If you don't want them, you could resell.

The heat exchanger coils are also available if you want them, but the refrigerant has been removed. They also look good and fit in an Amana Distinctions GMVC96 Two-stage, variable Speed ECM Gas furnace.

The pricing is based on you picking up. I could bring it somewhere if within 100 miles or so of Lansing, MI.
