I have two almost-new alarm clocks. My old one died and I bought each of these, thinking I could figure out how to work them. I stupidly threw the box away (twice!) and cannot return them. One I used for about a week, one for about a month; never could figure out how to change the alarm setting. I finally found an old, used alarm clock like the one I grew up with and went back to the un-fancy kind.
