NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a PUBLIC SALE by auction will be held on Thursday, January 15, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. or after at Williamston Storage Center in Ingham County at 1099 E. Grand River Ave, Williamston, MI 48895. Williamston Storage Center will sell units to satisfy the lien on the property stored at 1099 E. Grand River Ave, Williamston, MI 48895. Auction can be cancelled at any time due to tenant payment(s).
ONLY Cash will be accepted. Payments must be made at the time of purchase. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to attend the sale. Accounts will be sent to collections for the balance of the account after Auction Proceeds are applied to Tenant's Account.
Auction Unit Buyers will have 48 hours to remove all contents of the Unit purchased. ALL items, including any trash, debris or unwanted items MUST be removed and the unit left in clean conditions upon Move-Out. IF Buyer fails to follow the rules, they will not be allowed to attend future Unit Auctions at Williamston Storage Center and will forfeit their $25.00 Deposit/Cleaning Fee. Buyer has the option to rent the unit purchased if unable to remove all items within 48 hours.

All purchased goods are sold "as is" and unit left in a clean and rentable condition. The Owners and Management are not responsible for items being stored and/or the contents of the unit being auctioned. A Deposit/Cleaning Fee of $25.00 will be collected at purchase time and will be returned to the buyer after the unit has been inspected by a Williamston Storage Center employee. No usage of facility dumpster is allowed for auction.
