Frank's Shanks is a leading provider of pre-owned golf balls, committed to sustainability and quality. We’re currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Golf Ball Sorter to join our team and help ensure only the best balls make it back to the green.
As a Golf Ball Sorter, you will be responsible for inspecting, cleaning, and sorting used golf balls according to brand, condition, and grade. This is a hands-on position requiring attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Sort golf balls by brand, model, and condition (A, B, C grades)
Identify and remove damaged, cracked, or heavily worn balls
Clean and prepare balls for packaging
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sorting area
Meet daily productivity and quality targets
Follow safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and ability to distinguish small differences
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Prior experience in sorting, inspection, or quality control is a plus, but not required
Must have reliable transportation and great attendance
This is a fun, fast paced but laid back work environment. Office attire is casual dress. Employee lunch provided once per month.
