AAI is a growing family-owned and operated small business specializing in demolition and environmental services and we are looking for an enthusiastic, conscientious and detail oriented individual to join our team.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide general administrative and accounting support
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
- Perform data entry
- Collect, review and process daily field communications
- Assist with bi-weekly payroll
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma
- Proficient in MS Office, Email
- Administrative support experience a plus, but not required
- Must be able to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude
- Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, organizational skills, both analytical and problem solving
- Accounting background a plus, but not required
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
