He's very friendly but likely wont let you catch him. He has a black rolled-leather collar that gets buried in his neck fluff with a nameplate and rabies tags.
He may have been seen yesterday evening on Skyline Drive alongside the closed Walnut Hills Golf Course. Also, the Northern Trail Dog Park is one of his favorite places to be, so please keep an eye out if you're there.
