Administration

Hello. After leaving Michigan in 1999 I have returned home. During that time away I stumbled into construction administration.

I have worked mostly in specialized construction projects. Some government such as schools, courthouses, police stations etc. That was for an underground utility company so I can read blueprints and do takeoffs and I'm very very familiar with the bidding process. I have also worked on:

Crescent Dune solar plant in Tonopah Nevada (Procurement but was assigned small construction management projects), Red Bed plains Phase 2 in Minco, Oklahoma (onsite admin - scheduled all meetings, wrote up non compliance reports. RFIs RFQs etc) which is a wind farm, I worked on Phase 2 of the steel upgrade near the Ford plant (onsite- tracked man hours. RFIs etc) and the ethanol plant named Element in Colwich, Kansas (again on site construction making sure that the inspector stamp the plans, submitted the plans to subcontractors managed all meetings etc etc ).

I have worked in factories back in the early '90s. I have worked at gas stations.. I have owned a pizzeria in Texas... In other words there's not much that I cannot do or that I'm not willing to do.. I have been a waitress.. I was a loyalty care specialist with a major hotel chain (inbound calls customer service). I have experience doing dispatch and scheduling as well.

Desperately seeking full-time employment. Prefer administration but again I will do pretty much whatever job you have.
