This case was never used. It arrived from the manufacturer with slight defects as pictured. The frame is slightly bent, causing some screw holes to not line up perfectly. A screwdriver and some force will line them up and it still works. The motherboard tray has a small break on the side (the picture of it might look like just a paint scratch) that does not affect anything once the motherboard is screwed in.
