Vaude Brenta 38 Hiking Backpack - $50 (North Downtown Lansing)

I have a really nice day pack from an estate I'm helping to liquidate. It was used one weekend (two hikes), then left in the back of the closet.

I don't know much about backpacking, so I took this 5-star review off the internet (along with the 3rd photo):

So finally I've found my (almost) perfect backpack!

The only downside is that they could put 2 side compression straps instead than 1, but otherwise everything else is perfect: the bottom access with 2 additional cords for attaching gear, the possibility to divide the main body into 2 different compartment or a single one, the incredibly big top lid pocket (and the useful inner lid pocket), 2 cords for closing the top of the main compartment, 2 side zipped pockets on the hip belt, 2 side expandable zipped pockets (with access via a zip facing your back, just to be sure that any unwanted hand stay away from your pockets), the front stretch pocket with a closing buckle (it's a small pocket but can be usefull with small wind jacket or similar items), 2 side loop for attaching the walking sticks and the double bottom with the included raincover.

Last but not least, a great ventilation (and fully adjustable) ventilation system along with a regulable back length system close the list of all the good features you'll find in this rucksack (and the price is also nice).

I compared it to my Osprey packs (an Atmos and an Exos), this loses only if considering the weight (it's 400 gr heavier than the Exos and 200+ gr than the Atmos) but I feel like it should last longer than both of those packs!

In the end first quality materials and first quality craftsmanship make this rucksack a sure bet for everyone :)

Selling it for $50.00, firm.
