Dell desktop computers running a fresh load of Windows 10. At this time they can't install Windows 11.
I recommend running these with Chrome OS Flex, Zorin Education - Linux, Linux Mint. Or any other OS of your choice. I'll be happy to do the installation.

These have Intel i7 CPUs from 3.2 GHz to 3.6 GHz.

I replaced the thermal paste between heat sink and CPU and installed a new CMOS battery.
