I have a Casino game by Winchester. It works fine (I think) but I don't have the instructions or know how to use it. It's shown with my rechargeable batteries in it (so I could see that it worked) but the batteries do not go with the game.

It has a clip on the back, to hook it on your belt, and a set of ear phones.
