Job Description: Install Assistant
Duties: Answer phones set appointments for sales, service issues, Installs, Deliveries, ect. Pull City/Township Permits for jobs/Call in inspections, Close out. Schedule installs, corresponding material for delivery/pick up dumpsters etc., Help with retrieving order confirmations from venders for job customer folder files. Make service parts/glass/orders ect. for service department. Delegate product shortage delivery to jobs in timely manner. We have runners to take to job. Confirm product delivery to job trailers and warehouse. Take phone calls for rentals fill out service form and give to service crew once scheduled. Responsible for all service crew scheduling, install crew scheduling ect. Put together job packets for measures on new customer jobs, schedule appointments with customers for measures, services, installs ect. Coordinate final payment pick up between contractors, staff, and customer. Help owner with everything he gives you to help team accomplish goals. Help with additional work orders.
Hours Operation: 7am-4pm Monday-Friday Weekends only as needed but not recommended.
Compensation: Based off of experience, 1/2 health insurance available after 90 days. Paid holidays and sick/vacation days 5 to start.
