Busy shop looking to hire a mechanic apprentice. Duties would include learning how to set hoists, remove tires, perform oil changes, change headlights, belts and batteries. Also includes working with licensed technician to learn other repairs. This is an entry level position. Other responsibilities would include keeping the shop clean, emptying trash, and mopping floors. If you are looking to get a foot in the door of the automotive repair industry this is a good start. Must be good with computers, must have valid drivers license. We will secure a mechanic trainers permit for you to start. We are a 4 day work week shop. Monday through Wednesday 7-6 and Thursday 7-5.
