Need Tar Put on Part of House Roof (South Lansing)

The back part of our house, a room was added on and has a tar roof.
We had a person we paid to buy the tar and do it, but we can't reach him now.
Would someone have tar free or cheap, that you don't need?
And need someone to put it on. Can't afford a company now, but a person who knows how to do it.
It's a 800 sq ft ranch - about 1/3 of the roof needs tar.
What would you charge? Pay cash after a good job is done.
